Individual and Family Services
Southwest Youth and Family Services provides quality, integrated behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families who are facing life-controlling addictions, mental health disorders, family conflict, relationship difficulties, loss, trauma, abuse, or other life challenges. Services are provided to eligible individuals without regard to race, color, gender, age, religion, pregnancy, marital status, sex, ethnic origin, age, veteran’s status, degree of disability, handicapping condition, legal status, speaking another language, veteran status, sexual orientation and/or ability to pay for the services. Priority is given to I.V. drug users, pregnant women with alcohol and other drug issues, and at-risk adolescents.

 

Staff Qualifications

Our counselors are uniquely qualified to provide behavioral health services for you and your family. 75% of our counseling staff hold a Master’s Degree. All counseling staff either posses or are under supervision for at least one of the following licenses, certifications, or designations: Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist. More importantly our counselors live in our community are committed to improving our quality of life.

Fees

  • Services are provided free of charge for children and adolescents.
  • Adults who meet program specific criteria and whose income falls under the thresholds listed below may receive services free of charge.

  • For individuals not meeting the above criteria, cost is based on a sliding fee scale.
  • Assessments $200 per event.
  • Individual Services are $80 per hour.
  • Group Services are $40 per group.
